This template is pretty advanced so you need to know CSS and HTML . It was intended to be a community template, but i guess you can use it for anything.
It is perfect if you know a serverside language like PHP and don´t want to hassle with the design.
Designed sections includes: News, poll, forum, calendar, calendarevent, form-usage and more. Be sure to check out the live-preview when it´s online.
Included in the download are 2 psd, featured item and layout.
Be sure to read the included readme for information about the template.
I will try to make this in to a wordpress theme aswell.
