This design is suited for a business, real estate or corporate website. It is a clean Red & Maroon theme with room for a lot of content, there is also a Grey version with a white background included. The Prestige theme has a vertical text menu, with a search and more information box under the menu area. This site also has google maps, a dynamic site map and form processing.

There are 2 photoshop files for each color, containing clearly named folders for each part of the website.
